Water Polo WA hosted its second annual Flippa Ball Carnival on Sunday the 18th of March. Fourteen teams from seven different clubs participated in this year’s Carnival, which was an improvement in comparison to the attendance from last year.

ROUND 7 of the 2018 Australian Water Polo League saw the West Australian teams Fremantle and UWA host the powerful Sydney Uni Lions and it produced some outstanding contests over the four days.
THE Women’s Premier League teams did some fine tuning for the finals with the last of the Cross Conference action on Saturday with Applecross and the Melville Marlins now left to decide the winners of the Fremantle Conference, and Triton and the UWA Rangers in the UWA Conference.
THE last regular season action in the Men’s Premier League for 2017-18 took place on Saturday leading into the finals this weekend with the Rangers and Flotsam to determine the winners of the UWA Conference and the Port Colts and South Fremantle Bloods to do the same in the Fremantle Conference.
THE Fremantle and UWA Torpedoes teams in the OVO Australian Water Polo League came away with seven wins and a draw from the eight combined women’s and men’s Round 6 games against the Adelaide Jets last weekend.
