Come join the Fuel to Go & Play team to learn how to nourish your body so you can perform your best both in and off the pool! This session is designed to have both Parents and Juniors be involved together and is tailored towards fueling for the 6 Days of the Australian Youth Championships.

 

When: 8 April 6:00pm – 7:00pm. 

 

The Fuel your Body session will cover:

  • How to build a supportive foundation diet.
  • Fuelling for sports performance including:
    • Before
    • During and
    • After events.
  • Hydration
  • Supplementation

Attendees will be encouraged to interact and participate in the webinar.
