THE final Women’s A-Grade action for 2018 took place on Saturday with a match each at HBF Stadium and Bicton Pool with victories for UWA City Beach and Applecross.

Development Opportunity for Referees and Coaches

As the Australian Junior Men and Youth Boys will be training in Perth from 17-22 December a unique learning and development opportunity has presented itself for aspiring young referees and coaches.

On weekday evenings each squad will play training games with the Fremantle Mariners and UWA Torpedoes National League teams at the club pools, and on Saturday morning the squads will have a joint training session. THE Melville Marlins and Applecross came away with strong victories on Saturday in the Women’s A-Grade competition with both games held at Bicton Pool.

The two games in Round 8 of the Women’s A-Grade competition were both held at Bicton Pool with the Melville Marlins beating UWA City Beach 7-5 and Applecross defeating Triton 13-6.

ROUND 7 in the Women’s A-Grade competition saw the two matches take place on Saturday afternoon with the Melville Marlins and UWA City Beach continuing their winning ways.

The two games of the Round 7 Women’s A-Grade competition took place on Saturday afternoon featuring the four competing teams.
