Preliminary final wins for UWA, Triton, Sharks

THE Men’s Challenge Cup season for the 2020 came to a conclusion with preliminary final victories for UWA City Beach, Triton and the Melville Sharks.

Unfortunately due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the measures that have had to be implemented has meant that the 2020 season was unable to be concluded, but it wasn’t without an exciting five rounds and three preliminary final matches before that.

Tight Women’s Challenge Cup shows exciting future

WHILE Coronavirus has unfortunately meant the season had to be concluded early, it was a strongly competitive four-team Women’s Challenge Cup competition over the six rounds highlighting the improvements made in the second part of the summer.

OVO AWL Round 6 Preview – WA Teams

Player nominations for the National Championships in Adelaide (20 – 24 May) are now open for Under 16’s and Under 19’s teams.

Close date for team player nominations is Tuesday, 10 March so please commence the discussion within your clubs now.  Submissions prior to the close date are welcome. Please email the club nomination forms to info@waterpolowa.asn.au.

Call for EOI – WA State Teams Coaches

Water Polo Western Australia is pleased to announce that teams will be entered in the National Championships being held in Adelaide, 20 – 24 May 2020.

Teams are Under 16’s (16/U – Born 2004 and younger) and Under 19’s (19/U – Born 2001 and younger), both male and female.
